Immigration: the 2010 flows decree is at a start. 86,000 work permits anticipated

Online procedures for seasonal work residence permits are open starting from April 20, in compliance with the 2010 flows decree. Employers can now submit their applications following the procedure published in the Ministry of the Interior website until December 31, 2010.

The so-called "click day" is at its third edition: applications can be submitted online only, by downloading the relevant form from the webpage of the Ministry of the Interior.

It is expected that up to 86,000 non-Eu workers will be concerned. The 2010 flows decree contains some novelties as well.
