Anti-drug experts meet in Rome

Anti-drug experts from across the European Union met this morning for the National Anti-drug Coordinators Meeting, at the Police Academy in Rome.

The event, which is part of the activities of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, was promoted by the Department for Anti-drug Policies of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in cooperation with the Central Directorate for Anti-drug Services.

The meeting, scheduled for today and tomorrow, is an opportunity for field experts to exchange ideas and opinions and aims at identifying common strategies to effectively reduce the drug problem.
