Berlin: Interpol meeting on criminal assets
The 3rd Meeting of the Expert working group on identification, location and seizure of criminal assets organized by Interpol starts today.
The meeting is being held in Berlin with experts from 50 countries attending the event. The participation of the Italian delegation led by Deputy police chief Fulvio Della Rocca is much appreciated also in view of the Italian experience in the seizure, confiscation and management of criminal assets.
Filippo Dispensa, Cagliari Police Commissioner and member of Interpol Executive Committee, stressed that "depriving organized crime of their assets, as well as preventing and combating the scourge of corruption is crucial to preserve our society and future generations".
