Don't send pictures of yourself to anyone you've met online unless you have permission from your parents.

Open your email messages with your parents, and check every attachments. Be wary: attachments could contain viruses which may harm your computer!

If you see or read something on a web site that upsets or scares you, stop right away and tell your parents or teachers about it.
